Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and include your order number and photos of the issue where applicable.

We will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
